The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its sunny waterfront location. A gas barbecue can be hired at reception for a deposit of €50.00 and a charge of €15.00. A baby set can be requested for a fee of €28.00 per week; this includes a cot and a high chair, each for children under 3 years.

The Special Garden mobile home is characterised by its large garden with sun loungers, parasol and gas barbecue, as well as its spacious veranda. The public beach with direct pedestrian access is easily reachable from Camping della Colombaia.
The campsite has a private jetty, accessible from the beach, as well as a slipway for hauling in boats and dinghies.
Along the pedestrian path that runs along the beach, you can reach the harbour of Moniga del Garda, the lido of Padenghe sul Garda and Desenzano del Garda. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The water is heated only in spring and autumn. The unheated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone and is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September. During the period when the unheated outdoor pool is closed, the heated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone. Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area. In the pool area you will find not only a pool kiosk, but also slides, water cannons, splash and activity fountains.
