“Great hotel and all is awesome”

“Home was very clean, but extremely small and the view isn’t direct. Our view was blocked by another onsite building. Not worth the price I’m afraid, but lovely location. Parking on the street”

“The property was perfect for our needs. Check in was simple, everything was clean, organized and easy to find in the house. The listing did not indicate that this is part of a four unit complex (on the ground level) but the neighbors were quiet and didn't disturb us. We never did find easy walking access to the beach, however there are several beaches within a short driving distance so we were still able to enjoy some ocean time. We really loved all of the beautiful trees and flowers in the...

“Our stay was great. The only reason I couldn’t give a five star review is the bed were as hard as rocks. If you guys upgrade the best to be more comfortable, you will have one of the best locations in the area.”

“We had a nice stay and our host was excellent. Very good at communication and a seamless easy check in. The place was clean, cute, a little less nice than what the picture represents but great access to the beach.”

“Really cool spot in the middle of everything. I walked for coffee and breakfast every morning and plenty of spots to check out for dinner also. Even a gym in walking distance. Being able to hear the waves all day and night was awesome! I do recommend backing thru the tunnel to make for an easier exit.”

“Nice condo, but the description is a little misleading. It’s a corner unit at the back of the complex near the street and railroad tracks. There’s also a fake lighthouse that flashed the windows until 11pm or so. The noise and light didn’t bother us - we were on the beach or in the pool 90% of the time. It was extremely hot in the unit when we arrived. Took a day to cool it off, but then it was fine. The condo was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. There was only AC in one room. Overall...

“Great location, close to the water with stunning ocean views. We enjoyed sitting of the balcony and watching the sunset or the waves each day. The unit is small but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable although the sofa bed was less so. The only difficulty was getting out of the enclosed parking lot, which took a lot of maneuvering in a small space when other cars were there.”

“The property is precisely as advertised… What you don’t know from the listing is that Nick was an amazing host. It’s hard to be the client in the vacation rental and I suspect it’s hard to be the host as well but Nick made it feel more like I was renting from an old college buddy and he really cared whether we were happy staying in his beach house.”

“This is the perfect family vacation location. A beautiful and fully furnished condo. It has everything you need in the ideal location. The host, Kim, is responsive and helpful! We highly recommend a stay here!”

“Delightful little place with non-stop ocean sounds. Great view, comfortable. Close enough to walk to places (including public transportation) but far enough down the Strand that you’re not in the midst of beach and pier chaos.”

“Enjoyed staying at this condo. Very comfortable and nicely upgraded. Management was proactive when I had a problem with the door lock malfunctioning - they came to address the problem quickly. My only complaint was that upon arrival I had to do some cleaning - it was dusty and the bathrooms were not cleaned well. Some of the bedding was not laundered. I let management know and they were apologetic. It wasn’t a big enough issue to not recommend this unit. I would return.”
