“Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing……

“We stayed a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located near everything you need and the beach view was memorable. The shower! The shower! The shower! We have been trying to figure out how to make our shower at home, like the hotel shower.”

I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. “Beautiful, unique place; very clean; in a fantastic location in the heart of Old San Juan, adjacent to Fort Cristobal; restaurants nearby; 24 hour desk; cute library; excellent rooftop area with views. The negatives were: our room wasn’t ready at the 4 pm check in time so we had to wait; the next day housekeeping didn’t leave a bath mat towel or wash cloths. We didn’t notice until about to shower. We asked at the desk and they said it would be sent right up and never arrived. Our room was nice……
