“The main benefit of this hotel was its location. It's conveniently located only within 30 min drive from the airport, also just in between 2 main attractions - beaches and volcano. Should also mention that complimentary breakfast was spot on, and of course we daily enjoyed the pool. So overall great experience although the hotel is way outdated and needs a lot of renovations.”

“The room was small but clean and comfy. The beach is about a three minute walk away. There aren’t many shopping or other food options available around except Hotel Bosque Del Mar. “The villas are very cool, we got the one with a kitchen, swam in the pool every evening, enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Only 2 blocks to the water easy walk. “It was a nice budget place. Beds were pretty comfortable and AC worked well. Staff was very helpful when we needed to change rooms due to loud music being played directly behind our room. Pool was clean but a little overchlorinated. Hammocks were all wet and smelly. Need to be replaced or cleaned. We would probably come again though. Being right by the ocean and in walking distance from good eats was great You can even walk to Playa Con Chal or get a quad taxi.”
