“The pool was the only thing as advertised!
Buffet was horrible I would not feed to anyone made me sick and was awake all night!
They advertise the have restaurants which is true however they are not operational and act like they have no space while the truth is it’s not real I went and checked for myself.
The restaurants if they do exist are not all inclusive unless you stay 3 night and in that three nights one reservation”

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. “The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. The food was mediocre at BEST (buffet) and the specialty restaurants were just ok. Very little nightly entertainment (other all-inclusive resorts include professional level nightly shows, which we always enjoy). While the rooms were clean, we had trouble sometimes receiving fresh towels. Overall, this resort (while location and grounds are a huge plus) was underwhelming.
