“Ask them if there will be any construction next to your room before you make a reservation. I know the hotels have to remodel etc. But the hammering and grinders starting at 7 am everyday in the next room was a bit much. I would have rather of spent my $$ somewhere else if they would have given us the option and then we could have gone back next year and tried them out. Unfortunately this first visit didn't cut it for us. There is a ton of options in Costa Rica to have a nice quiet peaceful……

“Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great and not to be missed. We enjoyed the evening cocktail at sunset provided by the hotel a short walk down a path to the beach. Monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds. We traveled with 4 teenagers who loved the location, walkable to town, or short uber. Fun shopping and local restaurants on the beach. Ocean is swimmable with local rentals in town. Villas are spacious and well stocked with kitchen, large living room. Staff was very helpful……
