"Not impressed. Put us on the smoking floor to begin with, had to change rooms. Staff acted like they could care less about your customer. "

"We are not gamblers but this hotel was so amazing! We ate at Half Shell and it was sooo good and the pool was an oasis that was very relaxing. We went to the bar at Hard Rock later on for Long Island teas and is was such a fun place to hang out. The bartenders were so fun! Great hotel and I would stay there again!!"

"Location is excellent, house is nice. Some of the amenities listed weren’t provided (shampoo, soap, shower liners) but I let the owner know so hopefully that will improve. Propane tanks for the fire pits weren’t there but thankfully the manager brought some for us to use on a chilly night. The disposal broke during our stay which made it hard to do dishes when cooking. Also, please note that the photos of the bed on the first floor room are not accurate. There is now a Murphy bed in there so if you plan on counting that bed as a regular bed for an adult, keep that in mind. It is a foldable, thin mattress. The rest of the beds on the 2nd floor were regular mattresses and great. Overall, a great stay with a few recommended improvements!"
