“The bedroom was very hot at night even after getting permission to lower thermostat 75 to 69. Privacy was an issue in the Bedroom where Bedroom window covered with a 3/4 quarter shade that could not be lowered. Could see lights from outside all night and passersby on street could see in the window. Covered lower part of window with a bath towel. The kitchen window had the full length shade (odd). Water in Bathroom sink never warmed up. Otherwise clean and within walking distances to all the……

“The amenties was in poor condition. It was not clean, the rugs dirty, floor also looked like it was not mopped The TV service was not working most of the time. Porch light was not working and the stove was in poor condition. Oven was nasty and top of stove was not working well. Couch bad condition it was sunken as well as the bed.It needs work done as well as new person to clean that place. ”
