Breakfast..what can i say..No one to meet us..outside door was open and really cold..so we just sat down..about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there and that was by a staff member that had just walked in.. Looked at breakfast menu..then was told the wrong menu as we were guests..and then started hoovering around us..”

“A good budget stay very near Chichester. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean, cooked breakfast delicious. The pub had a wonderful social feeling in the evenings with sea shantys being sung on the first night and a quiz the second. We recieved a warm welcome. ”
