"We were five female family members and found this place perfect for our stay. The place was secluded and private but easy to reach. The views of the trees and lake from the windows was very relaxing. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and easily accommodated the five of us. "Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was das Herz begehrt - außer einer Waschmaschine. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, Hauswart nicht erreichbar (!). Matratzen bequem, wenn auch schon eingelegen, sodass man leicht in die Mitte des Doppelbettes rutscht. Das Wohnzimmer mit der tollen Couch ist urgemütlich! Die Lage ist perfekt für viele Wanderungen in diversen Naturparks, die Sauna am See der Oberkracher, das Boot leckt zwar, aber ist toll, oft waren Rentiere zu Besuch! Herrlich!"

"A lovely location by the lake with a lakeside view. Easy reach to the beach and walkable distance to the ski resort which is opened in the summer. The flat has a private sauna. Windows could not be opened which made the place very hot during our stay. Hotel staff was very helpful although the check in desk was actually a 5 min drive away from the apartment. It was difficult to find. The check in instructions could be improved by a bit more description in addition to the check in address. Overall we had a lovely time there."

"- no room service for 3 day stay - no wifi - only 2 coffee pads for the whole stay - no windows that can be opened, bad air - sauna costs €275 extra - no shuttle to the city (without a car you are trapped) - bathroom much too small (only wet room) - fat bikes were broken, they wanted €80 for 2 hours - very unfriendly staff - no space at all in the ponds, really little! - restaurant currently closed, no information about this in advance - no shuttles to the city Summary: for the price of a 5* hotel you get 1* accommodation with very unfriendly staff - never again!!!"

"So it was a walk down 79 steps to the village, so in ski boots that is challenging but you get used to it. Hot water did run out after 30 minutes or so on a couple of occassions. Apartment was superb and had a sauna and towels and bedding and all kitchen implements such has cooker, microwave, dishwasher kettle, washing machine. Separate toilet to bathroom (teenagers need this). As good as Ruka Suites but just 50m further away on those steps."

It was spacious, equipped with all the kitchen necessities, and was close to the rentals and gondola. Not too mention all the nearby restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay."
