The cottage has everything you need, fully stocked and is fairly clean. We went here mid July for 2 days and the weather was warm and sunny. The host was always very responsive. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. The property had a lot of amenities not normally found on a property of this size. A real find in cottage country. “Great time on the water! We returned to Three Ducks cottage for another summer getaway. We arrived to find a spotless cottage and welcome bottles (wine/champagne).
