“The best hotel/room I have stayed in in Vietnam. Nothing negative at all. There is a lift. If they had a chain allover Vietnam I would only book them. Room was massive, amazingly clean. “Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t.
