“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“Great location on the edge of the Italian Market and Little Saigon. Decorated in the Italian grandmother vibe (but fine for us), and was spotlessly clean. The twin bed in the third bedroom is not great, but the other two beds were very comfortable. All the facilities and kitchen equipment worked fine, fridge looked brand new.”

“ Very nice home! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The parking wasn’t great, but that is to be expected for a city location. The roads are very narrow! But the home was great! Nice bathrooms, kitchen & bedrooms. We were there over the 4th of July, and we didn’t even have a lot of noise!”

“Nice property centrally located. House was exactly as described and had all the amenities we need for our weekend. It was a group of 8 adults and the house was large enough and very comfortable. We got lucky with street parking outside but there is a convenient parking lot a block away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Very vibrant active neighborhood.
