Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, die Lage an einer Straße störte nicht. Es war sehr ruhig. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich wohl. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus für Ruhesuchende empfehlen. "I am writing regarding a serious issue with my recent reservation. While booking for my birthday, I selected the date 23/02, but due to an error during the booking process, the reservation was unexpectedly changed to 23/03\. As I returned from Lisbon on the same day, I arrived very late and immediately explained the situation at reception. I kindly requested a correction of the date, as the mistake did not reflect my original intent and was clearly visible when comparing the reservation details. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unhelpful and refused to assist. Instead, I was charged a full, more expensive rate than my initial booking — and without breakfast, which made this situation even more disappointing. This turned what should have been a special birthday moment into a very unpleasant experience. I respectfully request: A reimbursement of the price difference, or A full or partial refund, or A credit/voucher for a future stay under the original conditions. I trust this matter can be resolved fairly and swiftly, as this situation does not reflect the level of service I expected. Thank you in advance for your attention. I look forward to your response."

"This hotel suited my needs a night near the airport for an early flight. I booked it because it said restaurant on property. No so true breakfast and a bar that had some nuts. "The room had 3 issues: 1\. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2\. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3\. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"Not one thing was good... Really hot - no aircon or mini fridge to keep the bed clean Bedsheets were weird, they came off as soon as I got into bed. 5am banging noises. 6am banging noises. 7am banging noises. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and had a price tag of 9 euros... the breakfast was a laughable collection of a few jams, butter, and some warm bread. There were a few slices of gouda, but only had 2 - was afraid other guests wouldn't get some food in them. Oh, and the breakfast "chef" tried to get into my room in the morning :)) he was vigorously trying to unlock the old school lock at around 9:30am... when the che k-in was at 11am.... I was hoping he would say the first bkreakfast was a test - and he was there for premium room service. This is like a trucker wedding venue that also tries to do "hotel".... all at the meager cost of 97 euro "
