“…imagine if you pulled up to the front desk at 10:00 at night and were told that they had given away your room and had not contacted anyone! I had made the reservation on the previous Monday for a Friday-Sunday time frame. AND with no assistance other than the clerk pointing in a direction and saying there are hotels that way…”

“This hotel was very clean and very comfortable, I give everything 5 stars except the breakfast. The breakfast was very ok for oatmeal, fake round egg things, hard boiled eggs, but no pancakes or waffles or anything of the kind. Muffins were pre-made and ok, just very average, nothing special. Again, room and people were great, just the breakfast wasn't.”

“Booked a room online and when I checked in I was told that the room was out of order. The desk clerk (who acted like he was doing me a huge favor just talking to me) went up to look at it and said it had a funky smell. I didn't really care I just wanted a place to sleep for the night but he was right it did have a funky smell. It sort of smelled like dog pee. The sheets were clean but the bathroom was kind of nasty. The toilet rocked when I sat on it and the shower looked ancient and dirty.……
