“非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

“Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.”

“最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務！如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！”

Peccato per il bagno in comune (sull’annuncio tutte le camere della struttura hanno segnato il bagno privato) e per il phon non funzionante. Anche se segnalato non è stata risolta la problematica e sinceramente per il costo della camera è stata una nota negativa. ”
