Hermoso condominio de Smoky Mountain en el complejo número 1 con nueva piscina cubierta

Hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en los condominios Mountain View en el corazón de Pigeon Forge, TN. Aproximadamente 1500 pies cuadrados en el segundo piso. Cerca de Country Tonite, The Titanic, Wonderworks, Hollywood Wax Museum, Dollywood, Splash Country y Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Shopping. Nuestra unidad cuenta con 2 habitaciones king, 1 habitación queen y 1 sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. ¡Nuestra sala de estar también tiene una mesa de futbolín que los niños adoran! El dormitorio principal también tiene una silla con dos camas que es ideal para niños pequeños que desea tener cerca. La cocina está bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina que pueda necesitar. El baño principal está equipado con una gran bañera de hidromasaje con capacidad para 2 personas y una ducha. El segundo baño tiene una ducha. El complejo cuenta con dos piscinas y una bañera de hidromasaje en el recinto. La unidad cuenta con llamadas locales gratuitas, Internet de alta velocidad y televisión de alta definición. La unidad cuenta con 4 televisores y un reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar. Un pack-n-play está disponible y almacenado en el armario principal. La unidad se puede alquilar por noche o por semana, lo que proporciona un mayor descuento. La unidad es para no fumadores, no se admiten mascotas y niños. Hemos intentado hacer una prueba de bebé de la unidad tanto como sea posible. *** Nuevo para los nuevos sofás 2016 que incluyen un nuevo sofá cama Queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. También hemos pintado todo el condominio y hemos instalado una alfombra nueva para las habitaciones antes de la temporada pico. Nuevo para 2017 nuevo colchón para el dormitorio principal. NUEVO ESTE AÑO. PISCINA CERRADA DE 7 PIES DE PROFUNDIDAD Y MUCHAS SILLAS.

Great Time!!

We had such a great time at this condo! The property manager was fantastic to work with - I had to message them twice about questions (we forgot my daughter's meds and had to get them mailed) and they answered quickly and were super accommodating. It was in a great location to everything we wanted to do and finding the location was easy with their direction. We had 3-4 adults and 4 children - and we were all comfortable and had our own space. Everything was clean, worked, and there wasn't anything we felt we were missing. The pool area was great, and the condo property itself was clean and quiet and we felt safe here. We saw neighbors, but never heard them. We would for sure stay here again!

Great Get Away

Our family of children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay at this property. The three bedrooms gave the adults plenty of space and our two grandsons, 9 and 6, slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Location okay - NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET - actually no internet in bedrooms at all & highest speed in living area was 51 mbps - smart tv's but no internet to stream anything - we had to connect the tv's to cable ourselves and they do not have HDMI cables just coaxial. There is NO GYM here either just an exercise bike in the closet. Air conditioning in bedrooms is not adequate unless you turn it low enough to freeze the living room area. Trash can not be put in the trash chute which is locked but has to be walked to one of the dumpsters between buildings 2 and 3 or buildings 3 and 5. Very inconvenient. 2 of the frying pans were dirty and had food stuck on them. They were also in bad shape with loose handles on some of the cookware. Stove is outdated with the old type electric coils. The coils on some burners are tilted which won't allow the pots/pans to sit flat so food slides to side. There is only 1 elevator in building and on 2 different days it was out of operation. Since condo is on 2nd floor would not be huge deal unless you have disabled in your party which we did. Fortunately it was repaired by the time we were departing so we did not have to carry all of our stuff down the stairs. Felt bad for other people having to climb the stairs with their belongings. There was a woman staying on 5th floor struggling up the steps and 2 gentlemen that had to carry her mobility scooter up for her. I dont know if their elevator is not maintained properly or what. BEWARE

Nice condo

This was a beautiful condo. The property was in a good location but lacked any real views. All week long bugs bit several family members. The WiFi was awful. I know some of that was beyond the renters control though. Overall our experience with the renters was good.

A Great Place

This was an awesome place! It has a lot of space with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen also was spacious. The host was quick to answer any questions for us and also provided an email with very descriptive directions for the check-in and out process. The property has a playground with a quarter-sized basketball court as well as an outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool was chilly during our stay. I don't know if it's supposed ti be heated or not. Overall, it's a great place!

Amazing Time!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Clean and decorated very nice! All beds were comfortable and communication with owner was excellent! We would definitely stay here again. All ages enjoyed the indoor pool and all this convenient location had to offer!!!

Dollywood getaway

The condo was nicer than I expected. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The only thing I can say that needed improvement was some of the cooking pans which were very worn and food was sticking to them when we were cooking. Otherwise the accommodations were great.

Lovely and large

Condo was nicely appointed and updated. We had 3 adults, 3 smaller children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Owners always communicated quickly and with that southern charm.

Roomy and comfortable

Stay with my wife and 3 adult daughters was fun. This unit was spacious, the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Only drawbacks were a leaky a/c unit that we had to suck water out of twice a day to keep it running,tv in the family room had volume issues(quiet to loud and back to quiet continually)& no toilet tissue when we arrived,but the owners assured us that these were not the norm. The location was close to the main thoroughfare but far enough that it was peaceful and also close to many of the areas attractions and eaterys.

Amazing trip!

We had an awesome trip for the 4th of July. Great condo, very clean, accommodates all ages, comfortable beds! The kids loved the pools and very close to attractions and food. We will definitely book again!

Great Condo

This is a very good place to stay. It had 3 bedrooms which made it perfect for our extended family. It is located very centrally in Pgeon Forge near Country Tonight and Cracker Barrel. We enjoyed our trip and our excursion to Dollywood which was a first for my son-in-law and grandchild. This place has everything needed for a great stay and owners are great to work with. This was our second stay and we will definately stay again.

We have stayed in this complex before. But first time at this unit. And it was perfect! The owners have went above and beyond making it cozy. Extra blankets, extra pillows, extra towels, extra clean and . Board games. Just the perfect touch to make your stay great. We will return. Thanks The Anderson’s

Great Place to stay!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and fit our families needs just right. Everyone had their own room and it was baby proofed for the baby we had with us. It is located very close to Country Tonite and Cracker Barrel. These are two of our favorite spots in Pigeon Forge. This is one of the best places we haved stayed. We will definately stay here agaon and would reccomend it to anyone.
