Nice property awesome views great location, but 2 HUGE problems!!!

Nice property awesome views great location. However, the hot tubs were not working properly and pretty much useless and the lowest floor with the movie theater room was completely infested with ladybugs to the point where it was completely unusable. I’m not talking like a dozen ladybugs, try in the hundreds of dead ladybugs just laying around. Both issues we brought up with management and maintenance. Tried to fix the hotub, but they were not able to and the ladybugs…we were told that’s what it is. The listing should’ve been very clear that this was a big problem rendering the entire floor pretty much useless. truthfully had we known about the ladybug situation. We would never have booked this place. It was very gross.

Great location for a cabin weekend

My friends and I traveled from around the country to meet up in Tennessee and spent the weekend in this cabin. Roads to the cabin were paved and well maintained, so it was easy to get to the resort neighborhood. We loved having multiple hot tubs, and the dining table was big enough to fit multiple board games/puzzles. The movie room with recliners was also a plus!

Great Cabin

We loved this cabin! It was clean, had a great view and so close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay there again.

DISSATISFIED!!!

We reserved the cabin from Sunday July 7- Wednesday July 10th. To start the cabin was clean. The check-in process was easy. The air conditioning went out Monday on the top 2 floors which was worse (because heat rises) and it was almost 90 degrees. I reached out to the property manager, they sent someone out. It took him a couple hours, but he made it. The temperature in the cabin dropped slowly that night but it was still hot Monday night but it was tolerable. We tried staying on the lower levels, but there were too many of us. Tuesday morning we left out, when we came back the air was out again, I reached out to the manager again. She said she was sending someone, no one made it! She said there were 1000’s of cabins in the area, and she couldn’t get anyone out! The thermostat read almost 90 degrees at this time!! IT WAS SOOOO HOT IT TOTALLY RUINED OUR TRIP!!!

Fun area.....lots to do!

The house was enjoyable and we had a good time. The beds were comfortable and the game room and theater room got lots of use. But.......the Jacuzzi tubs were unusable. There was mold and mildew in all of them. I tried cleaning one for my pregnant daughter in law who couldn't use the hot tub but it was beyond getting clean with all the jets, etc.....and trust me, I tried. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and glassware but there wasn't a decent knife to be found which is hard to get around when cooking for a crowd. Lastly, the pictures make it look like the cabin sits alone. It does not. They are very close together so not necessarily the "away from it all" setting the pictures online seem to indicate. I will say, though, that it never got too loud. My last issue is that the owners emailed after the stay to say that 5 star reviews were important to their ratings so to please give them a 5 star review and address any issues to them personally. I have a problem with that....why bother to write a review if your not giving people honest information? Was it a lovely house for the most part? It was, and we enjoyed our stay but based on what we paid I was disappointed that it didn't match our expectations.

Beautiful views, plenty of space

The Pros: This cabin was in a nice spot. Beautiful views of the mountains from the back porches. Plenty of room for our family of 11. Huge dining room table. Plenty of rocking chairs/porch space to enjoy the views. 2 hot tubs. Quiet area, but not far from Pigeon Forge. Plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to do in Pigeon Forge and surrounding area. Arcade games for the little ones Cons: When you get into the hot tub on the top floor, the people below you get rained on. They should stagger the tubs if possible. Almost all the remote batteries were dead. The mattresses weren’t comfortable. The board games/card games are all mixed up or broken so make sure to bring your own games. With how much this cabin costs they can replace the mattresses

Wonderful Thanksgiving Setting

Wonderful Thanksgiving setting for our family! We had a wonderful time and the amenities are great! We had 13 total and the home was perfect for us. We didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Thank you for a fun holiday weekend!

Very Misleading and Dirty

Cabin is fairly small if all gathering on one floor. Description of no hills and curvy roads was a lie. 1st night no hot water. Maintenance couldnt come till next day to temporarily fix. Hot tub on main floor not working. Raccoon friend's left decks with poop. Cabin was not clean. Bathmats grungy, filter in jacuzzi tubs on bottom floor were molded, ceiling fans had inch or dust on them. Maneuvering thru bottom floors was like a maze, so tight with barely room to move. Location was close to strip but thats the only benefit at this cabin. 😞

Wedding

My son got married nearby. The house was close to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg as well as the wedding venue. Plenty of room, very clean, amazing views and very quick reply to any questions. Great place!

Great Stay

The house was exactly what we were looking for with our youth group. The movie theater room was great for all of us to come together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. View from the balcony was beautiful!

Perfect Mountain Get-Away

This cabin has spectacular views and plenty to keep large families entertained! Everything from the checkin process to the time we left exceeded our expectations. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Perfect property for kids and adults. Close to many attractions. Game room, movie theater and two hot tubs were fun for everyone. Plenty of space and gorgeous views.

Worst experience got dissatisfaction

Its too wort experience, property is smelling bad and lot bugs in lower levels. Listing was totally wrong it mentioned as 6 bedroom but actually it is 5 bedroom and 1 loft space. We 6 families went got disappointed as no separe room for 1 family. Beds are too congested bathrooms not convient.
