“The building is very old, and while they have done some remodeling, it still shows its age. The bathrooms in particular were outdated and frankly the shower was disgusting. While the shower appeared to have been cleaned, a shower of that type, that is that old, is only going to get so clean. Combine that with the fact that the shower was very slow to drain and you get to shower in a pool of dirty shower water. Gross. Breakfast was adequate, although there were no juices, which I found odd. ……

“The room smelled like mel dew. The air conditioner was not working so we called the lady at the front desk and she come down and checked it.She was absolutely amazing with us. She got it to come on once and then it stopped.So it stayed warm in the room all night. When you took a shower, the water filled up in the tub and would not drain.And when the water did come out, it was very, very little.”

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“Family suite was perfect. Hotel was up to date and clean. Staff was amazing. They baked fesh cookies, offered free coffeez tea, hot cocoa and flavored water. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning.”

“Was disgusted by the entire process. Upon checking in they couldn’t find my reservation. Somehow he made it work. All I can really say is that the ac was cold and the bed was that uncomfortable. Bed skirting was dirty and pillows and towels were stained and I swear they didn’t replace the pillow cases because one of them had makeup smear all over it. I was told the room was non smoking but it stank of cigarette smoke. The floor felt dirty and grimy. I don’t think they have a made service.……

“We asked for a different quieter room and were quickly changed. A large family was just checking in next door. The room had all we needed and was very clean. Breakfast was a treat with a lot of variety and wonderful hostess making everyone comfortable. The indoor pool was popular. The location to the fairgrounds was great.”
