Beautiful home in nice neighborhood

The house was immaculate! Neighborhood was great. Only a 7 min drive/uber to convention center. Our teenage sons loved the game area leading right to the hot tub. We will definitely book again.

Good Stay in a Spacious Renovated Home

Here is a new version.Revised Review for VRBO PropertyWe had a pleasant stay at this fully renovated house. It’s spacious and has some nice features that suited our group. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons:Pros:•Four large, nicely furnished bedrooms.•Three bathrooms, all with showers (no tubs).•Smaller game room that leads to a patio with a hot tub, which we enjoyed.•Large TVs in each bedroom for those who like to watch TV.•Convenient location for exploring Mt. Washington.•Property managers were helpful and quick to respond.We didn’t explore the outdoor area much due to the cold weather, but the hot tub was definitely a plus.Cons:•The sit-down dining area is small, fitting only four people comfortably.•There are lots of stairs because of the three-level layout.•The driveway is steep, and there are stairs leading to the front door, which might be a challenge for some.Overall, the house met our needs and offered a comfortable stay.

Great home with outstanding outdoor space

Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space was incredible! Location is great - walking distance to restaurants/bars on both Grandview and Shiloh St. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider renting again if I return to Pittsburgh.

My. Washington Luxury

This property is like staying at a boutique hotel! Not only is it immaculate and comfortable, but each space has high-end details and amenities. Some of our guests appreciated the room darkening curtains, as they like to sleep in! Having off-street parking was a big bonus. The location allows you to drive downtown in approx 10 mins, visit/walk to local eateries. While some rain prevented us from using the fire pit, we definitely enjoyed the large hot tub! Well worth the stay!!

Pittsburgh Girl's Trip

This property checked all of the boxes that we could have asked for in a property. There were 4 girls and we each had our own bedroom (each had a large TV) & there were 3 bathrooms (one of which was huge with a separate dual sink/mirror). We felt incredibly safe in this neighborhood, and it was easy walking to the incline up on Grandview. We walked to the grocery store & wine/package store. The kitchen had lots of amenities with a grinder, fresh coffee beans, French press and coffee maker. The living room was spacious and super comfortable with a HUGE TV. They even had a bar room (also with a TV) with a Pac-man machine & small b-ball hoops on the wall. The outdoor space was wonderful; it helped that we had perfect weather while on our trip. We sat outside & lit the firepit at night, as well as got in the hot tub. They even have hanging chair swings. The owner was super responsive whenever we had questions about their space or the neighborhood (where to get groceries/wine etc); he responded within 5-10 minutes of our inquiries. He even dropped off a battery when he found out our fan remote required one that wasn't in stock under the kitchen sink. He really thought of everything! Oh & one of the great surprises is they have installed smart toilets in each of the bathrooms. We had never used them so were super excited to have a warm seat! :-) The lighting in the rooms was really nice; all on dimmers and integrated mirror lights in the bathroom. Perfect stay!!!

Pgh Staycation

Unit was beautifully appointed - great location - minutes from Grandview, restaurants and uce cream! Outside deck area perfect for a relaxing evening - loved the hot tub. No hassle/ no chores checkout was perfect. The only areas that were a bit of an issue were the steep driveway and steep indoor staircases for 70+ aged visitors! Great unit, perfect location - would stay again.

Wonderful Get Away

My family and our friends family chose this home to stay for New Years to relax, play games, and all be together. We were not disappointed! This place was wonderful! The location was fantastic where we walked to get brunch, the outlook overlooking the city, and close to a grocery store. The home was beautifully decorated and had great amenities. Perfect for 8 people. We loved the hot tub and game room/bar area. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Perfect family holiday celebration home!

This property was perfect for our early family Xmas celebration. This was my first time doing a vrbo and Chad was a wonderful communicator. The house is located in Mount Washington and was walking distance to some restaurants which we loved. We have said we would consider staying there again!
