“En general por lo que pagué creo que estuvo muy bien. No tengo mucha experiencia con hoteles all inclusive pero puedo mencionar lo siguiente, considerando que me dieron los beneficios altitude: pros: -room service muy bueno, la comida con muy buen sabor y llevan todo lo que necesitas y pides en un tiempo razonable -limpieza en general -vista excelente -todos los días te mantienen el minibar con lo necesario, toallas limpias, insumos renovados diarios -si tienes membresia altitude puedes……

“Amazing location. All of the amenities are top notch. Out room was super clean with amazing views. There was always great food selections. Infinity pool is awesome, never felt overcrowded which was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Easy to make dinner reservations. Would highly recommend to use Uber since taxis can be a bit more pricy if you are planning to move around to other attractions. ”

“Great hotel. The pools are very nice, and it wasn't packed, which made the visit very nice. The spa was great, and my kids enjoyed their time at the beach (Rocky) and with the kids' club. Claudia, Karla, Paola, and Jenny from the kids' club were very nice, and my kids wanted to stay there every day. That allowed my husband and me to enjoy the secrets and VIP/Preferred areas. I recommend getting access to those areas; they make a difference. The only downside was the construction right next to……

“The food was extraordinarily good. Best all inclusive I’ve ever been to. The service was top notch Especially appreciated Samuel waiting each day at breakfast, and Germain for dinners. The house keeping on the 6th floor is wonderful. All the restaurants were fantastic. Every evening we got to meet the manager who was very kind, The head Chef was also quite accomplished. ”
