“The house is in a convenient location especially for boarding at Snowbasin and Powder Ridge. It is furnished very nicely, was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent it again if we come to Salt Lake City.”

“Family of 4 with 2 older kids/ young adults- stayed for a week to ski Snowbasin. Good location near the canyon road and the unit itself was well appointed with linens, towels, kitchen supplies etc. Our favorite part was the hot tub!”

“In town to visit our son and experience the rodeo. Location was convenient to our son, downtown and walkable to the rodeo venue or to the shuttle bus if used. Air conditioner worked well, a concern my husband had. Only downside is you can hear the street noise well into the night. ”

Negatives-Loud cars racing on a cross street late at night both Friday and Saturday nights.We had no instructions on how to lock the keypad. We were unfamiliar with this type of lock. Called property manager number. Left message. Finally found a youtube video that told how to lock that type of push button lock. Very simple. It should be in the instructions. We never did hear from the manager in our 4 night stay.”
