“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . Service-wise the front desk is only……

“Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother……

“The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. The host was very helpful and her suggestion regarding where to eat breakfast was a good one. The host also provided a great deal of practical information regarding what you might need in Siracusa. “The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,……

“ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“We stayed here for one night and found that the hotel to be very comfortable and convenient, its only a short walk to the historical center and it's near the bus stop. My room was very nice, clean and cozy and the service was outstanding. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who want to stay at Noto. Also, many thanks to hotel staff - Lucia and Valentina as they were very nice and helpful.”

“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”
