“It was my first time in Idaho and honestly prior to planning the trip I was fairly confident that Idaho was not a state I would visit. However, I was so incredibly wrong!! If you’re traveling to the Couer d’Alene are and are looking for a place out of the city, look no further! The host, Kim, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.As two young women staying alone I was understandably a little nervous about staying in what appeared to be the middle of nowhere. “Christina was welcoming - and gave us an upgrade! The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was nice to cook and do laundry and have hot showers. We were warm and cozy!”

“The view was very nice. The home reeks of a smell similar to moth balls. It’s very strong. The ground around the outdoor fire pit is not level and not safe. I do not recommend this home to rent. ”

“Overall the stay was very enjoyable! As others have stated, the stairs are not for people with mobility issues but it wasn’t as terrible as I expected. We had walmart deliver some groceries and we gave a nice tip to have them brought down. They had floaties blown up and ready to go as well as 3 kayaks which we REALLY enjoyed! We had a fire two nights of our stay but had to buy our own logs. The owners apparently do not guarantee wood for each guest. The host did inform me they had some Presto……
