“The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and……

“The owner was very nice and always responded in a timely manner. I was not aware that bathroom was outside of the room but I had no problems with it. She was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I came back. The towels and bedding smelled so good and everything was clean. There is a kitchen downstairs and is open to all residents.”
