“入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！”

“They offered self-check-in for customers so you don't need to call them to get the key. (This is absolutely convenient for those who don't have a local sim card! The room is clean and lovely. A mini kitchen is available. However, during my stay in this apartment, the WIFI did not work. I believe it will be fixed soon. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided.
