“Everything was amazing”

“Everything was great!”

“Our room had zero Wi-Fi inside the room. We have a brand new iPhone and I use an older iPhone, but absolutely no Internet streaming inside the room you have to go outside. The cars are double parked. You have to move your vehicle if another car needs to get out, so there is parking issues. There’s only maid service if you requested a day before which is a little inconvenient you have to think ahead of time if you’re gonna need maid service I don’t recall these issues in the past. I’ve stayed……

“Clean and tidy”

“Staff was good and breakfast was quite complete. It was all a bit dated. Hallways and floors, just need refurbishing. It was clean. It just wasn't in good shape. Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs.”

“Room was very nice. Pool and hot tub were just as described. I didn't expect construction and didn't like being woken up at 8am to banging while on vacation!”

“Room was not ready until an hour later than check in time. Staff was not apologetic, just said they were busy. When the reservation was made a photo of the room shown looked like an ocean front view. Instead the room was a side ocean view. The staff said that was not the hotels fault and it happens when booked through a third party. I guess Expedia needs to not deceive their customers. It was the first time I ever used them.
