“The room smelled terrible and the towels and wash rags were very dirty. It was so noisy I could not sleep. One of the worst nights I have ever spent at a hotel. The person at the front desk was very nice.”

“I paid for ocean view , received Partial Ocean/City view. I complained about the A/C making noise , they just ignored me. Main lobby was hot, at the bar they only had one lady serving everyone. The wait and drinks were horrible. Will not stay at this hotel.”

“They have a very small check-in loop that is up a steep driveway. That only fits a handful of vehicles. So there is traffic backed up along the road out front. For a 1 a block, just waiting to get up to check-in. So if you choose to sell park and go to their parking lot, is this across the street one block over so you have to carry all of your baggage by hand and walk through the heat and cross two different streets to get to the hotel. And then you have to plug your stuff up that steep……
