We loved the resort and will come back again. My only thing was are phone in the room don’t work the hole week we we’re their and we reported it at least 3 times.

This place is absolutely amazing. All the staff checking in make you feel right at home and like you are the most important guest ever. The azure staff were great. Clinton and Lori were amazing bartenders. Susan was an amazing part of housekeeping staff. Everyone seems to absolutely love there job with exception of one person. Our stay was so amazing that we have canceled other bookings just to be able to stay here again. No other resort, hotel can compare. We cannot wait to return. The only person who was put off by hotel guests was bartender Amy. She does not like free drink coupons for the guests will throw them across the bar and carry on inappropriately. She makes it seem like a inconvenience to her whether you are using coupons or not. Our nightly bar bill was well over a couple hundred as my husband loves buying others drinks and socializing. We tip very well but to Amy it’s all an inconvenience. We hope that she is on days off our next trip there in a couple weeks. Minus her the resort is so wonderful with world class staff. We didn’t park as we used Uber but the valets were so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend to all whether it’s business, vacation, couples, families etc.

The Shores Resort was perfect for our 4 night stay in Daytona. It was one of the few resorts around us that had already repaired from last year’s hurricane and all was open. Daytona is a little busy and loud for us but the Shores was a perfect oasis and we really didn’t need to leave the property. Azure restaurant was great for all meals and the Tiki bar had fun drinks and good lunch. Staff was above average regarding attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Get a room with an ocean balcony. It’s worth it.
