“The elevator was broken, and the fitness room was not open during the stated hours, so I had to track down an employee to let me in. Once I was let in, the water fountain was also broken in the fitness room and there were no cleaning supplies or wipes for the equipment. They had a sign on the broken water fountain, saying that you could request a complimentary water bottle from the front desk but the front desk was not staffed any time that I was in the lobby.”
