Very clean property! The free breakfast was very good with lots of items to choose from. The staff agreed to a late check-out which was very helpful for our family:)
Plenty of parking, breakfast area was extremely clean and well stocked all thru the morning. Room was clean and ample space for what we needed. Loved the automatic blinds! Pool was little cool but did not bother the kids!
The staff was helpful except for Francisco the general manager. He was very dismissive, rude, and treated my 9 year old daughter and I poorly. For example, my daughter and I were checking out snacks and he kept hovering & trying to hurry us along… out of protection for my daughter (it was a Daddy/daughter vacation), I pushed back and told him- we will be done when we are done… when we went to pay for the items he scowled at us and attempted to make us feel like second class citizens. We laughed it off because we are both very polite and kind people, but this guy doesn’t need to be working in hospitality- he’s rude, thinks he’s better than everyone and honestly, is not a good representation of Hilton… we will not be returning and we encourage upper management to make a better choice on who is running this property.
