“I arrived at approximately 7:15 pm and no one was there to check me in. I called two numbers and no one answered. Finally, someone answered one of my texts. The room indicated in the text was not ready when I stepped into it at 7:30 pm. A housekeeper showed then and started cleaning. It took about 15-20 minutes. The room itself is spacious – akin to a smaller one-bedroom apartment – but in a horrible condition (grease on the ceiling in the kitchen area, handles missing from the cabinets,……

“This is an older property being refurbished. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average especially at this price point. A very good value if you just need a place to sleep.”

“The Entire pool and hot tub area was shut down during our entire stay over the weekend. Had we known they were shut down we probably would've stayed elsewhere. The room bathroom had a drainage problem in the sink and had chunks of some kind of leftover strawberries in it. Kind of ridiculous all the way around.”

“On site restaurant and bar were convenient and very nice. Walkable to restaurants. Very close to Indiana Dunes. Good WiFi. Clean. Hot tub and pool missed the mark in my opinion. Pool was rather chilly and hot tub doesn’t have bubbles. Maintenance said the tub is a spa so doesn’t have to.”

“Sink was clogged Dirty sock between the bed and lamp table. Didn’t stay for breakfast left early because of discomfort. The bed was clean and was comfortable ”

“Great location with all of the amenities promised. Hosts were very nice and the house itself perfect for our annual friends trip. Will be booking again in the future. ”
