I had a great stay! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and the location was amazing. We were walking distance within everything in Porto. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

Communication with the apartment manager was good until we contacted them about noise from the restaurants below. On our first night music was played all night through to the morning & my partner couldn’t sleep. We contacted the apartment manager & didn’t get any reply. On coming back to the apartment the next night, we had the same problem so my partner went down to speak to both restaurants & the music was turned off at a decent hour. Very disappointed by no response from apartment manager. Apt is lovely but poor view from terrace, wooden stairs & floors mean you hear all comings & goings so no, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved our stay at BO - Almada 346 and cant thank the hosts and staff enough for helping us have an amazing stay in such a beautiful city. Even before we departed, we had communications to ensure we arrived safely and they even organised transport to and from the airport. Our apartment was fantastic; clean and spacious with a lovely balcony to relax out on. We enjoyed making our breakfasts in the kitchen. A special thank you to Alex who was basically our tour guide and helped us see all the incredible sights and experiences the city had to offer and went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend this place enough and would defintely stay here here again.

Excellent hosts, perfect for a stay with friends. Has excellent facilities. So close to lots of bars and restaurants. Only issue was the wifi, when you connected it didn’t work. Sink was leaking but was offered a new room instantly! Would definitely recommend

A very well positioned property with easy walk to all the sights and the river. If you have a car then parking down the road (200m) is 23 euro a night, and if you walk about 700m then there is daily car parking at the supermarket (VIa Caterina) for 9 euro per day.

Excellent place to stay but consider alternatives.
I expected the owner to there upon arrival. I let him know that my best efforts would allow us to arrive at an estimated time. Due to a lost bag we arrived 10 minutes later than expected. We were out on the street with two carry one and a suitcase. Finally, a door to the apartment opened but it wasn't the owner. That person contacted th owner and he showed up about 30 minutes after we arrived. This is an excellent apartment but a three story walk up with luggage is difficult. On the bright side Yoan was very helpful. The room is not expensive if you contrast that with the EXE hotel up the block. I would recommend this place as it is central to downtown and walking distance to many sights.

Choice Porto Apartment
Our stay at BO Almada was wonderful. The apartment was clean, newly decorated, well-appointed, and central to a main square taxi stand, restaurants, supermarket, promenades and historic sites. Yoan and his crew were exceptionally attentive and he gave a great orientation to both the apartment and to Porto. Rain? No worries, umbrellas are provided, and there is a good selection of family DVDs as backup. They even lend you a smart phone with 30 min daily service for GPS and international calls. BO Almada is the perfect complement to a walkable, safe, clean, magical city!!

We loved our stay in BB Almada 346. The welcome we received on arrival was friendly, informative, efficient and we couldn’t as for more. The studio was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Great location - about 100 yards off the main tourist area. Apartment fine - only complaint was squeaky floorboards! We were given a phone which was a great idea so we could google or call any attraction (or friend)!!

Stayed in a loft apartment on the top floor. No lift but unless you have mobility issues it would not be a problem and I’m far from the fittest person out there! Impeccably clean and very well equipped with cooking facilities but you’d be mad to cook when there is so many cheap and great restaurants on offer in Porto. Bed very comfortable too. Apartment is Very well located it made for a perfect short trip to Porto with a great introduction from the host Yoan. Don’t hesitate just book!

Amazing place, in the centre of Porto
This mini apartment was fantastic for us. Perfectly located in the centre of Porto, with some of the best restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Yoan the owner greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. He gave us a map and highlighted some places to visit and eat. We actually went to all of them and his recommendations were perfect. Thanks again!

Met by Yoan, who spent more time with us than he need have done, introducing us, via a map, to things to do in the city and places to eat. He was extremely professional and courteous and we were make very welcome. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. A free smartphone is provided for the duration of your stay, which includes a limited amount of free calls worldwide and numerous apps to better explore the city.
