Beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable, with nice linens. A/C worked excellent, except for one bedroom. It must not have had a vent. We didn't see one there anyway. Nice large lanai ovelooking the pool area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely townhome. We had everything we could have wanted and if we needed something we just let the management team know. The townhome was pristine. The home loooked towards the pool which was so pretty. The small details with fresh flowers, pool/beach towels and beach necessities were perfect. We loved this place and we hope to return again.

Great condo for family, lots of room and very equipped

We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo is maybe the best stocked vacation rental that I have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you will need to cook. There are lots of safety and fun beach equipment. The three beds and three full bathrooms is so helpful when spending lots of time at the beach. The lanai was great and we ate every meal out there. Parking was very easy just across from the unit. There is an amazingly beautiful walking path just by the golf course for exercise or a short walk into Princeville for food, shopping, or groceries. We stayed here and also in Poipu but prefer Princeville and its many beaches, and Hanalei cannot be missed. The manager was very responsive when we needed something midweek. We will be back!

Fantastic property!

We loved the layout of this rental and location. Place was super clean with the exception of one item which we notified the management about- likely a former renter who just put the item back in cupboards dirty!There was everything you needed for the beach as well! Would stay here again!!

Amazing place

Amazing spot with all the amenities you could ask for and it was in great condition. We loved the large patio, the pool and hot tub were great. A few of the close by beaches were awesome, Anini was the best for kids. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Family Getaway

My husband and i brought our adult kids to Kauai with us. This property was perfect! Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, it was very clean and nicely decorated. We would for sure rent here again!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was perfect for our family of six! The three bedrooms were perfect for us to spread out. The outdoor patio was huge and we were able to eat dinner outside every night. The view around the pool was perfect, although one night was a little loud with families using the pool. Perfect location in Princeville to get to anywhere in the north. House had everything that we needed! Was clean and welcoming! Would stay here again!

Fantastic Air Conditioned Unit with 2 King Beds + Beach Toys

Super nice community. Location perfect for our needs. A/C was amazing! Hard to find property with both King size beds and A/C - this was a true gem! The beach toys also came in very handy. Highly recommend this place -would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Tropical Paradise

We had a wonderful time at this 3 bedroom condo in Princeville. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We loved the mountain and pool views from the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern. The vrbo host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Kauai.

Great Spot!

We had a great stay! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were daily staples for us, as well as getting lots of use out of the grills and little gym; all of which were meticulously cleaned each morning. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of linens and towels and all of the beach gear was a great touch. The giant lanai was the best feature as we spent most of our home time dining or relaxing there. We weren't able to park in the garage, but there was ample guest parking nearby. I can't speak to the AC as it was comfortable enough that we didn't need to turn it on. Quick communication from owners. Overall, I definitely recommend this rental, you will feel right at home!

Lovely stay in Princeville

The property was perfect for our family. Very clean and it had everything we needed for the kitchen and beach. Princeville is a lovely community with a few restaurants and nice grocery store nearby. The only issues we had were a very hot house when we arrived in the evening as the AC was off. It took a couple of hours to cool down. And also, they gave us two codes for entry, which was confusing. We only needed one. Instructions said we could park in the garage but there was a truck in there already. But we would stay here again!

Relaxing start to our family vacation

I came to Kauai with my husband, two kids (4 & 2) plus my parents. Princeville was the first stop on the trip. This home was perfect for us! My kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed all the extras - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel gear and more. The house was so comfortable. I loved that there was a barn door for the guest room (with the king size bed) & guest bathroom so it felt like it's own suite. We would eat all of our meals on that beautiful patio. I can't say enough great things about this place. The only issue (if you even want to call it that) was we couldn't park in the garage. The host communicated that with us and it wasn't a problem as there was plenty of parking! It was so convenient to get to the market/shops, farmers market (don't miss Lauren Taylor Creations) and our favorite place - Hanalei Bay! We all said we'd pick this home over the other home we stayed in for the second half of our trip! Can't wait to come back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Princeville retreat

We had a lovely stay at Princeville plantation. The beach gear was an added benefit!! We would have loved to try the paddle boards, but they were not accessible. We had a small issue with water (scheduled pipe replacement at the facility) that we were not notified about, leaving us with no water for the first day at the condo. Other than that inconvenience, we were thrilled to have stay in such a well kept home and to experience the hospitality of the entire complex. The kids enjoyed meeting and playing with other guests at the pool! Everyone was so kind!
