“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. “Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? ”

“We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free……

“Excellent apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need. Nice ocean view patio where we saw humpback whales in the bay. Right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach with sea turtles. Complex had a nice pool, hot tub and bbqs. Excellent location in Kehei. Would definitely stay again. ”

“What a view!!! Can't get any closer to the ocean. Saw many whales from the balcony in the distance - bring binoculars! Clean, great shower with plenty of hot water, very comfy king bed, heated pool & hot tub, amazing central location to more easily reach Haleakala, Hana, the airport, etc. Thanks, Doug!!!”

“We so enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of Kihei. Wish we could have stayed longer as the weather the last week of Feb was rainy and/or VERY windy until the day we checked out :-( We got to see a mama whale and baby swim the length of the beach on our last morning..... was thankful to a young boy on ground that called out to his sister! If we ever make it back to Maui, we will check for availability.We loved our stay at the condo; complex was clean, quiet, never got into pool as it was too……

“Our AC started having trouble on the day of check in. Joe quickly had someone out to look at it and even had us move to a similar open unit for quicker comfort. Both units were clean, updated, cozy and had fantastic views of sunset every night. I would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Maui!”
