“Étonné de la note globale sur le site. J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre en rez-de-chaussée qui ressemblait à une catégorie économique oubliée des années 70 : odeur d’humidité persistante, salle de bain minuscule et dans son jus, serviettes d’entrée de gamme. Pas d’acceuil. Pour un établissement noté au-dessus de 9/10, je m’attendais à tout autre chose. Il y a manifestement un décalage entre la réputation en ligne et la réalité sur place.”

Ce que j’ai moins apprécié c’est la salle de bain car selon ma réservation j’aurais dû bénéficier d’une baignoire et ça n’était pas le cas, il y avait très peu de produit gel douche et shampooing dans le contenant, insuffisant pour deux personnes ! Les petites serviettes étaient très abîmées. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais choix insuffisant.”

“Everything was great very nice. Only issue was that we had no hot water to shower the morning we left, which ironically enough is exactly why we booked them because of a hot water issue at another facility. As we left they told us it was fixed and we could use it but we were already packed up and had plans/timetables for the day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.”

“This was in the perfect location for us, and although a couple imperfections (wifi didn't work for us - probably needed to reboot router; room was a little cold - radiator never felt very hot), overall we had a very pleasant stay. Comfy bed, decent en-suite bathroom with spacious shower cubicle. We didn't opt for the breakfast, but the dining room looked nice and the breakfast was reasonably priced at 13 Euros. There was a decent supermarket a short walk away so we were able to get a few……

We were asked what time we would like breakfast and did we want tea or coffee When we arrived in the dining room or breakfast was laid out for us on the table Natural yogurt.apple juice,fruit,various breads butter homemade quince jam and cheese.when we were eating Madame brought in fresh scrambled eggs…from her hens.”
