“I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. I was able to plug my Fire Stick into the bedroom TV with no issues (and……

“The location was nice & the host had water in the fridge as well as some snacks for us when we arrived which was really sweet of them. The commute to NewYork was not bad at all. We would definitely book again if we were to ever return. There was a lovely cafe at the corner that had delicious breakfast/pastries and the staff were very friendly. Overall everything about this location was wonderful ! ”

“When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.”

“This was a lovely guest suite in a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious. It has two dining room rooms a large bedroom, and a living room area. However, it does not actually have a kitchen. This was not a problem for us because we weren’t planning to cook, but it should be noted. For us, the location was perfect because we were visiting Princeton and it literally is just a few minutes from town. We were met by a young man who was probably the son of the host on the night we arrived -because……

“The host is very nice and responsive. But...No paper towels or hand soap. No way to control the temperature. It was 66 and we were all pretty cold as the temp outside was 30 or below. Fireplace does not bring up the temp. The property smells like cigarette smoke. There were plenty of air freshners but those combined with the smoke odor really flared my allergies. It was very strong to me- but it may not bother someone else.”
