“Good one night stay”

“Room 1 is extremely small, but was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. There were too few staff. Service at dinner and the bar was very slow. Dinner wasn't as hot as it should have been. There was too much food on a small plate, I had to hunt under the chicken for my vegetables! Overall, it's quite expensive for food that although was delicious it wasn't hot and not served in a timely manner.”

“Location is good. The checking process was not good. People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. There is a question in the checking website about country, and it listed Taiwan, provice of China. Taiwan is not a provice in China. On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But……

“A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me. Room is a bit dated, only two sockets on the desk and no USB sockets anywhere. Comfy bed, plenty of space in the room and good shower pressure! Now the……
