“The motelier was great. Stayed up waiting for my arrival. Woke up in the middle of the night to give me a new key. Thank you. The sheet on the bed was thin. Had to get my own blanket. The bathroom was in need of some age-related repairs. Otherwise, a great clean room. Nice look on the outside. Easily accessible, though a bit outside of town. Most reasonably priced properties are within an hour's drive of Churchill Downs on Derby weekend. That was an asset!”

“The history of The Talbott Inn is very interesting. It was so cool to stay in an inn with such a rich history. I stayed in the Jesse James room and I loved it.
