“The motelier was great. Stayed up waiting for my arrival. Woke up in the middle of the night to give me a new key. Thank you. The sheet on the bed was thin. Had to get my own blanket. The bathroom was in need of some age-related repairs. Otherwise, a great clean room. Nice look on the outside. Easily accessible, though a bit outside of town. Most reasonably priced properties are within an hour's drive of Churchill Downs on Derby weekend. That was an asset!”

“First off the hotel doesn’t look anything like the website. The place had a weird smell to it. The hallway and room smelled. I have a CPAP machine and had to change the filter when I got home because the smell was in the filter. We paid for 2 nights and checked out after one.
