Great for a family with kids as well even though we didn't have any ... This would be the place if you did. Quiet neighborhood, and lots of places to eat locally that were superb. The host has everything layed out for you in a nice little binder... So making plans for anything you need was a breeze. If we are EVER back this way... Sherry and Ben....We would……

“A more unique retreat in KY situated in the middle of nowhere along/near The Bourbon Trail will not be found. This hobbit/gnome themed outdoor resort is at first stunning and then you begin to realize all the work that must have gone into it and all the thought that went into the details/design. From the rock fountain, the hillside rooms, gazebo with swings and fire pit, hot tub room, and the extra large reception/game/common area, etc... it is all there, it works, it is comfortable, it is……

“Everything was so great! Super clean and upgraded. Such a cute place. The hot tub and fire pit was awesome and both worked without any issues or error. Beds are amazing and we slept great. Check-in was simple and easy. Plenty of towels (for bath and hot tub). The sofa was very comfortable. Thank you for an awesome weekend! Will definitely choose to stay here for our next trip. ”

“It’s an obviously new facility so very clean. Could use carpet and curtains to keep noise down and a better stocked kitchen for people who actually cook and bake. Some appliances and countertops are better for tall people. Plenty of thick towels and comfortable sleeping options. ”

“nicely remodeled home with everything you need. host communicated well and quickly. price was reasonable and fair for the stay. great location if you are doing the bourbon trail. we were just there for the night but an extended stay would have made it very convenient to tour multiple locations from there. only thing I would change would be the smells from the potpourri. very overpowering to my nose but it could just be me. would recommend highly if you are in the area staying.”
