“Upon pulling up there were a large group of people just hanging out drinking and smoking weed. Check-In was weird. You have to go to the hotel next door, managed by the same people.. They tell you they have a breakfast but that it's only for their hotel. I thought that was weird too. I would watch everybody walk over and eat anyway. There is a hidden fee of a $250 deposit. It is listed as a pet friendly place. There are a lot of dogs there and they are mostly off leash. We stayed there twice.……

“Very clean property, prompt responses from host, very well decorated and felt comfortable! The amenities were also wonderful! Very very clean, I want to emphasize that because I was incredibly impressed! We were able to check-in earlier than expected which was an amazing help for the event we were in town for, so we were able to get ready on time I don’t know when I’ll be back in St. Joseph, MO., but when I am, this is the ONLY place I plan to stay!
