There are not enough words to describe how amazing this rental plus the attentiveness of the hosts, I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it has everything needed to make the most out of your stay (and let's not forget the ideal location to the beach, shopping and the restaurants)!

The Best!

I have stayed here with family and friends the last 5 years! The house is so CLEAN and BEAUTIFULLY decorated! The owners are great and I have been coming to Rehoboth for 27 years and this house stocks the house with everything you need which is so helpful!!!!Nice community pool and beds are so comfortable.Highly recommend.. you will love it!Donna

Love this home!

Donna the owner is amazing!! They provide so much for the renters/ families so you don’t have to bring everything in your car. House is absolutely beautiful and very very clean! Love the beds- so comfortable and anything you need she provides. Highly recommend and we will return next year 😊

Rehoboth Revisited

This is the second consecutive year for our family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) vacation at this property. The condo is clean and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful touches. There is the opportunity to come together for meals, games, etc., but also the space to have quiet time. We had a wonderful week and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful place and wonderful vacation!

We just had an awesome Girl’s Birthday Trip in Rehoboth! The beach house was absolutely amazing! Donna promptly answered all of my questions prior to arrival. Check in was a breeze and the beach house was even more beautiful in person! My friends and I loved it! Donna provided everything you could possibly think of in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked! Linens and bath towels were included, beach chairs and beach towels were provided, and there were bicycles in the storage area! The unit was beautifully decorated and we loved the screened in deck! Donna was a wonderful host and we appreciated having such a clean, comfortable and inviting space. This was our favorite VRBO rental and I highly recommend it! I plan to bring my family back to enjoy it next year! Thank you Donna!

Absolutely Perfect!

We can't say enough good things about this property. It was immaculate. There was so much roominess. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped with items we thought we would have to purchase or work around. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to places in the area. Having beach chairs, towels and umbrella saved us on having to find room to pack the car. The home is in a very quiet area. Donna was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Beautiful house near Rehoboth Beach

The house is so beautifully decorated with a beach house vibe. Everything was clean and very homey feeling. Donna was very accommodating and quick to respond when I would reach out with questions. Highly recommend this house for a family gathering. Centrally located if looking to go to Lewes, Rehoboth or Dewey.

GREAT VACATION!!

My family and friends stayed at this house 2nd time and we would definitely highly recommend!!!! Donna the owner is wonderful to work with and the house is so CLEAN and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Great location and ..The house is stocked and everything you need is there! Wonderful screened in patio to sit and have your coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Great pool that you walk to and such comfortable beds in all the bedrooms. We will be back next year and I’m counting down the days😊😊 Donna lix

Good Vibes

The property was wonderful for our family (8 people) vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. We enjoyed the availability of bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was very nice. We alternated between beach and pool all week. The walk to the beack was significant, but we shuttled down instead. All in all, a grat week!

Best Place I've Rented

I have rented previously in Rehoboth Crossing, Canal Corkran and Edgewater Park. This, by far, was the best value. It was particularly clean and close enough to the beach and downtown. You wouldn't wallk into the city but driving was no problem. Donna was exceptionally accomodating and responded quickly to some pre-arrival questions. The younger kids thoroughly enjoyed the bonus room. I would return anytime and look forward to the next "mini-vacation." Here's a tip: purchase the linen package- we did and arriving to find bedding made and sufficient linens was convenient. Great 3 days!

Wonderful and Great Experience

We’ve booked this house twice and love it here. Super clean, modern, well-decorated, kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances we needed. Great location near the beach. Home owners are really kind and responsive. You can tell they value attention to details and thought of all the small things that make your stay so comfortable.

Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Beach Vibes! The communication between Donna and I (from day one) was top notch. She was very prompt with her replies and was extremely helpful with giving suggestions as to where to go for fun, etc.; the property was hands down one of the most cleanest shore homes we have ever stayed in. It was over and beyond! I appreciate attention to details and the owners even labeled which light switches are for the fan, the porch, etc; very thoughtful! It was also decorated so beachy and fun and very modern. The location was another bonus! You are near a ton of stores and just a short drive to the beach. The owners really took their renters needs into mind and I wish I could just pick up this home and take it with us to every shore town we visit! It is that great :)

Beautiful and convenient

We had a wonderful family vacation at Beach Vibes! We found it to be spacious, comfortable, and very convenient. It was super easy getting to the beach and the complex pool was an added bonus. Communication going into the trip was excellent and we had zero problems or needs, as everything was taken care of. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful, modern, beach home!

We absolutely loved this house! Really clean and modern. The owners thought of everything, all the little touches (the most comfortable beds, extra toiletries down to the noise reduction earbuds, extra towels, stacked pantry, kitchenware, string lights on the covered deck, Keurig, beach gear, bikes, etc.) that made our vacation feel special! We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Beach Vibes- Wonderful vaca

Our family had an incredible experience staying at this property… from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Donna went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. As soon as we walked in it felt like home, with so much attention to detail. Their home is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and showed even better than the pictures if that’s possible. Our 2 little ones were thrilled to see the bunk beds and games. We enjoyed using all the amenities; pool, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie board and bikes. We went to several beaches all in close proximity. I would highly recommend staying here and we’re looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

Remarkable

The townhome was so incredible. Clean and inviting from the minute you open the front door. Everything you could possibly need is provided by the owner. Conveniently located to Rehoboth Ave. I can't thank Donna enough for her patience through the reservation process etc. Anytime we are back in the area we will be staying at this property. Others cannot compare.

Excellent stay

Had the most lovely stay here and we already can't wait to be back. We were a group of 8 (with 4 kids under 12) and John & Donna's home fit everyone perfectly. Home was super clean with the loveliest decor and most thoughtful touches throughout. Could not ask for a better location - 5 mins to beach, 2 mins to outlets and 5 mins from grocery stores and good eats. Thank you, John & Donna!

Fantastic stay, lovely home

We had an absolutely fantastic visit to this wonderful home. The beach house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The location is convenient to the beach, outlets and restaurants. Great Family Experience

We enjoyed our experience at Beach vibes. From the time we booked our stay until checkout the host was engaging and accessible. The property was very clean. The house had something for everyone. Our teenage girls enjoyed having their own space while we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch at night. The house also came with bikes for getting around Rehoboth. The neighborhood connects to a bike trail that takes you right to the boardwalk and Cape Henlopen. All around a great place to stay and perfect location. I would highly recommend this place to everyone .
