We thought we would have a great time. However, our first night the place was struck by lightning and the fire alarm went off for hours. The ac also wasn't working very well and the filter hadn't been changed in some time! The second day we noticed the AC wasn't working at 7 am so we called the office and were told someone would be out, a vendor. After calling several more times, 6-7 calls, and by this time it was 2 pm there was still nobody around. The place by this point was 86 degrees and nobody could stand to stay inside, but we couldn't leave our dog. We tried moving apartments, seeing if someone could come out to fix the ac, or any type of solution, but still NO HELP. We decided to leave and drive 4 hours home. After everything and 35 days had passed we still didn't receive a full refund or phone call from the company. They continue to stand by their claim of being correct in charging us for the first night where the fire alarm went off for hours, the ac didn't work properly, and the place was struck by lightning causing the fire company to come to the complex. Needless to say this company is not a place where you want to stay on vacation with your family and rely on their fast customer service.
