“This is a half-renovated hotel being marketed as luxury. In fact, its previous name is still visible throughout the premises, and in some cases hastily plastered over with a sticker. We booked one of the cheaper rooms, but were surprised by how poor the quality was. The mattress was terrible — we could feel every spring despite both of us weighing 80 and 50kg. The pillows were extremely lumpy and felt like they were filled with cotton balls. The air-conditioning in the room was useless as...

“Super tolles Hotel. Allerdings wurde nicht mitgeteilt das der Anbau vom Hotel gegenüber noch nicht fertig ist. Daher gab es tagsüber erheblichen Baulärm von Akkuschraubern, Hämmern und Bagger. Schade… Ansonsten ein Top Hotel mit sehr guter Lage…”

“Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

“Our stay at the Rimondi Gran Resort @ Spa has been good overall. There are several points to mention, the buffet is good and complete, the staff is very nice at all times. Our room was semi-new and clean. As cons we can say that the shuttle bus to the city is chargeable (8€ each way), a taxi costs 25€. The hotel is literally in a place where there is no access to the city. It would be good if they had directed activities of some kind, yoga, children's activities ..... something, as there is...
