“Have stayed at a lot of Vrbo, both vacations and work. This is the perfect piece of heaven, for a get away, if you like the woods. Clean, amazing host and site. Need all wheel drive to get to top, but can park below. A ladder connects lower level, to sleeping area. But I am 67 and didn’t have problem climbing the step ladder. Perfect for one or 2 people.”

“Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The highlights were the peaceful back patio, the hot tub, and the beautiful view of the stream. The location was also excellent for accessing the Mt. Hood hiking trails, which was the main reason we chose this property and only reason we stayed. The cabin itself did not meet our expectations. There was a noticeable old cigarette odor when we arrived (allergy issue), and a strong sulfur smell whenever the hot water was running. The bedroom was much...

“Place was great, pet-friendly, hot tub was awesome. Great place with a peaceful setting!”

“Charming, cozy, heard the river outside. Luxury soaps and lotions. Laundry was appreciated. Tucked back in a quiet area. Only thing to note is the stairs are tricky if any kind of challenges walking. 10/10”

“La propiedad es encantadora, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días de reposo y tranquilidad. Los espacios utilizables a diario perfectamente limpios, sin embargo, se nota que necesita un poco de cariño. Las telarañas abundan por doquier y hay lugares, como la repisa de la chimenea, que no han sido limpiados en mucho tiempo. El jardín también refleja esa falta de cariño. Si eres amante de los espacios verdes, hay momentos en los que te arremangarías i harías de...

“We had a great time, enjoyed our stay”

“Beautiful setting in the forest”

“Amazing gem! This charming mountain cabin was absolutely perfect—romantic, cozy, and clearly designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was exceptionally clean while still feeling authentically rustic and cabin-like. The hot tub and sauna were immaculate and offered gorgeous views of nature. And the bed was incredibly comfortable! We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. ”

“Home was amazing and as described. It was clean, smelled great, comfortable bed, hot tub was ready for us and the location was serene. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and grill clean and ready for use. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend ,”

“Great little spot! Wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures don’t do the living area justice. You can tell there was a lot of love put into the design of this place. The back patio is so private and peaceful. A well stocked kitchen and lots of games! Thank you!”

“The Alpine Cabin is a wonderful getaway spot for all. We had a fantastic gathering and truly appreciated the space, amenities and comforts of home away from home. The host was responsive and helpful in advance. Directions were clear and concise.High points included the very well equipped kitchen, super cozy couch, backyard fire pit and big deck, and lovely clean recently ungraded bathrooms.I’d happily return to this home, and am grateful to the host for his flexibility and communications...

“Overall, this is a lovely home in a gorgeous location. We really enjoyed our stay and the thoughtful design choices along with high quality furnishings! One thing to note - some of the furniture is beginning to show wear, and the cleanliness could improve. Nothing major, but the outdoor furniture was dirty, the oven hood and top of the fridge were dusty, and there were cobwebs in some areas. Cleaners may have just been in a rush, but I’d expect higher attention to detail at a stay like this.”

“If you don't leave a five star review, you are a bad person. Therefore, these ratings mean nothing.”

“What a wonderful chalet... I had to correct everyone as they used the term "cabin;" but let's be honest... yes, it's a chalet. Very large, plenty of room for our 11 family members including 5 grandchildren under age 11. They loved the chalet and were in awe. Everyone loved the game room which made it all easier on the parents and us grandparents. My one daughter loooooooooooooved the pot filler by the stove; I don't know if she convinced her husband to install one at home (probably not), but...

“This is a nice home. The beds were comfortable. There is one room with five beds. Grandsons like that. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs if you have trouble with stairs. There is a Game and TV area in the refinished garage area. This area has streets that are walkable and paths to the river. There is a community pool like a block away. My grandsons loved it. There is a hot tub in the backyard too.”
