“Super clean, well decorated, spacious. Such a well thought out and planned layout. Gives a 5 star hotel vibes. The place smells great, loved the bed placement facing the windows. The bedding was comfortable too. We all slept well. Just bring conditioner, they have the rest int their refilling pumps in the shower. All the art exhibits are beautiful. Loved the dog treats. Breakfast choice and the Coffee was excellent. I can go on and on. Would highly recommend this place.”

“I stopped for the night on my way to Florida. I was awakened around midnight by loud music and other noises I won't describe. There were some working girls doing business in the room next to mine. I finally gave up around 3am and got back on the road. Needless to say I do not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for something other than a good night sleep!”

“This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! ”

“Tru is always a nice place to stay. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast food. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You can log into your streaming apps on the tv. And it logs you out when you check out. I sta at Tru hotels when I can. ”

“Room smelled funny and it was stains on bed sheets when i asked to new sheets the attendant was hesitant then told me i had to bring the old ones back before i can get new ones”

“The first room we got the sheets weren't clean. They were stained and had hair on them. I have pictures, went down to the front desk and the lady gave us another room which also had hair on the bed and toenails on the floor. Unfortunately we were so tired we gave up and just stuck with that room. There was no hand soap either. I've stayed at spark hotels before in other states. This is by far the worst spark hotel I've ever been at all the other ones were clean with good customer service. Super……
