“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, the shower needs proper plumbing. I had it fixed on day 3 as it went so bad that water overflowed, but days 5 and 6 it repeated again.
Also, I hope slippers could be provided even at a cost. They are not something that can easily be bought in the City of London.”

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident.
The replacement room was on a low……
