“Got in around 6pm and had a warm welcome from Kevin, the owner. Very pleasant setting and very quiet. We stayed in a family cabin with bunk bed for kids. Their room got very toasty overnight with the heat set around 70F because we had their door closed. The whole place was so clean and well-stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils, even some coffee in case you forget to bring your own. Their was virtually no sound besides the trees, the occasional deer walking past, and the distant river all……

“Friday May 31 2024. I paid less than $100 for a 600ish sq ft cabin. I parked 5 feet from the door. It was in good cond. It was clean. 1 Couch. 2 tables with Chairs. Working tv. Full size fridge/freezer. 4 burner gas stove. Large 2 basin sink. Quiet and efficient heater. Separate bedroom area with a door. They were thoughtful in what was provided such as 2 water bottles in fridge, roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner & soap x 3. Good water pressure. All in all it was very very good for……

“Nice Hotel near Wolf Creek pass. This was a late check in and the manager came over late to check us in. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. Definitely will stay here again on our travels in the area. We love skiing at Wolf Creek too but usually staying Pagosa. This is closer and pass usually does not close on this side. ”

“Traveling with 3 adults and a puppy, this 2 bdrm. cabin met ours needs to a aT. Friendly, quick checkin and out, very clean, stocked with nearly all we needed( except coffee filters and a kitchen scub brush for pots/pans) and nice bath/shower. Good location.”
