“Lovely house and very well-equipped! It’s right on the water and has an amazing view. It is also right on a road, which wasn’t too busy on weekdays, so there is some car noise when you’re sitting on the porch but it wasn’t bad and is covered by the sound of the wind and waves in the afternoon. Very easy check in and out process and Suzanne was easy to communicate with. Great AC which was helpful as it was quite hot when we were there. ”

Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! “This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……
